Contract between property owners to prevent operation of funeral parlor. The undersigned property owners in the city blocks between _________ avenue and _________ boulevard, on both sides of _________ boulevard, in the city of _________, _________, for the purpose of protecting the health, peace, and comfort of themselves, their families, and each other, and for the purpose of protecting their and each other's real estate in said locality from depreciation, do hereby agree, each with the others, that it is necessary to suppress and to prevent the maintenance of the undertaking parlor and business which have been established by _________ and _________ at the northeast corner of _________ and _________ boulevards, and to this end further agree to retain counsel and hereby authorize him to bring an action for injunction to restrain the operation and maintenance of said funeral parlor and business, and to suppress the same; to pay the expense of said suit, a reasonable attorney's fee, and other costs; to authorize the execution of a bond for a temporary injunction; and to indemnify the surety executing said bond. It is understood that all expenses, fees, cost, and liability on the bond, if any, shall be assessed against each one of the undersigned in the proportion that the number of front feet of real estate owned by each bears to the total number of front feet represented by the signers hereof.
